There will be 2 intern positions available.

Intern Responsibilities:

1. Law Intern
The job duties of a corporate paralegal may include:
  • Create organizational documents, including articles of incorporation and registering trademarks for Chilean/Latin clients in the US.
  •  Draft contracts, such as employment contracts, NDA’s and non-compete agreements, etc.
  • Respond to requests for information and content creation in English.
  • Assist creating and forming legal partnerships in the US.
  • Perform legal research and helping sign.

Qualifications:
  • Language Requirement: Spanish is not required but preferred
     
This internship is offered in collaboration with The Intern Group and is only offered in a remote capacity.
