Organization Overview
ALAN is a technology company that focuses on innovation and the transformation of human work that utilizes engineering that allows you to build automation solutions between companies and customers in a simple way, using new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Applications Mobile, IOT (internet of things), virtual assistants, among others. 

Intern Responsibilities:

1. Research & Analysis Intern
The IIP intern will analyze information generated by the implemented technology solutions, in order to detect patterns of behavior as well as opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a tech background and an interest in analysis. No Spanish required.

2. User Experience Design Intern
The IIP intern will carry out programming work for the ALAN’s corporate website in order to improve its user experience.

Knowledge of web design. No Spanish required.

3. Marketing and Writing Intern
The IIP intern will develop a marketing and content strategy proposal for the company, based on the local and international market. The intern will then execute the first stages of the proposed plan.
Knowledge in marketing, communication, and content platforms, including social media.
Minimum Spanish level required: No Spanish Required

This internship is offered in collaboration with Puentes Abroad. In the internship through Puentes, interns will undertake project-based work that is designed to directly contribute to one of the internship site’s key work areas so that they gain real experience and know-how through substantial, mission-driven work.  The internships are overseen by Puentes and are complemented by homestay housing.
