Organization Overview
Neginet provides IT Team Augmentation Services for clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Argentina. The company seeks the best resources that match exactly with the needs of its clients. Neginet takes care of recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing top developers so that its clients can spend more time focusing on core business strategy while increasing the productivity of IT professionals. The IIP intern will work in Business Development, Marketing and Writing and/or Coordination and Service.  

Intern Responsibilities:

1. Business Development Intern
The IIP intern will help to improve the definition of targeted clients by analyzing current customer base, competitors, and market trends. He or she will define the target size, quantitative and qualitative profiles, and an inbound and outbound strategy to reach each group and then implement and measure the improved business development process.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in business development, sales, marketing, and digital marketing.
Minimum Spanish level required: No Spanish Required

2. Marketing and Writing Intern
The IIP marketing intern will help re-brand Neginet and define a new tone of communication, with both clients and employees, and guidelines for future content creations. As part of the project, the intern will edit and correct the most commonly used current contents and texts (website, blog, automated emails). The marketing intern may also find new channels to reach potential clients and brainstorm new and innovative ways to capture employees.  Finally, the IIP intern could define ad-word campaigns, measure their impact, and correct them as needed.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, branding, and design.
Minimum Spanish level required: No Spanish Required

3. Coordination and Service Intern
The IIP intern will define efficient processes and flows to improve recruitment of new employees and onboarding, while reducing redundant communications and bottlenecks. For this project, the intern will interview employees to understand flaws and friction points to improve and will analyze competitors and market trends to suggest new benefits for employees and events/actions to attract and retain engineers. The IIP intern will also propose automation processes and implement them using the available digital tools.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in human resources, psychology, market research, engineering, and IT.
Minimum Spanish level required: Basic

This internship is offered in collaboration with Puentes Abroad. In the internship through Puentes, interns will undertake project-based work that is designed to directly contribute to one of the internship site’s key work areas so that they gain real experience and know-how through substantial, mission-driven work.  The internships are overseen by Puentes and are complemented by homestay housing.
