Organization Overview
Cefeidas Group is an international advisory firm that focuses on research, assessment, and implementation programs in Political and Regulatory Risk, Strategic Affairs, and both Corporate Governance and Compliance. • Investigate work into the evolving international best practices in corporate governance, with a specific focus on environmental disclosure by investors and business and anti-money-laundering and anti-corruption regulatory developments, among other topics. Looking at the regulatory environment in other countries will be necessary to identify the direction in which regulation is moving at a global level.
  • Review analysis of current trends in corporate governance in the local Argentine capital market. Using publicly-available information, an update can be performed on how Argentine listed companies compared to international best standards in corporate governance.
  • Create a benchmark of corporate governance practices for a variety of global and regional-level sectors, for example agricultural companies in Latin America and the Caribbean. Such a benchmark will use publicly-available information, and involve researching individual companies.
