Intern Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planner Internship
  • Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives.
  • Produce cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns.
  • Research and gather date to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients.
  • Generate original ideas with other members of the team.
  • Present findings to senior staff members and clients.
  • Identify potential problems and devise ways to rectify them.
  • Liaise with senior members of staff to receive feedback and create improvements to strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to make complex subjects understandable.
  • The drive to be successful and perform well in all aspects of your strategic work.
  • The flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance the workload.
2. Videographer Intern
  • Ability to edit video recordings in order to produce material for campaigns, events, fundraising challenges and overseas humanitarian projects.
  • Ability to create and edit motion graphics using a variety of software listed (but not limited to) below: Adobe After Effects , Adobe Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro X (Mac).
  • Ability to deliver Broadcast Quality production including TV Ads and short documentaries.
  • Set up and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio, video recorders, lighting equipment and microphones for location and studio production.
  • Photoshop skills to be able to retouch, create cut-outs, resize and save out stills in the correct formats.
  • Flexibility to work over a number of projects and balance the workload.

  • High proficiency in using Apple Mac & PC computers.
  • High proficiency in using Adobe After Effects; Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro X (Mac).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to plan, schedule and meet deadlines.
  • Deliver content to various social media platforms e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Basic level knowledge of using Photoshop or photo editing suits.
  • Experience in editing both long & short form video content.
  • Creative thinking, script writing, creative writing and storytelling.

3: UX/UI Designer Intern
  • Work with project team leaders and the developer team.
  • Handle visual design implementation.
  • Create original design ideas that focus on simple and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Join project meetings and brainstorming sessions. Suggest improvement as needed.

  • Strong understanding of web design techniques and HTML/CSS .
  • Demonstrated skills using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Sketch.
  • Familiarity with Web stack (HTML/JavaScript /CSS (SCSS)).
  • Experience designing websites, mobile applications, visual identity is a plus.
  • Strong interest in design and up-to-date with current design trends and techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality.
  • Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication and team work skill.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

This Internship is offered in collaboration with Abroader (Student Exchange Vietnam).
