About: Merchant GMAT strives to help young professionals achieve their goal of attending a top MBA program in the United States or Europe.  The company offers private GMAT instruction online and in person, as well as MBA admissions consulting. 
#1. Business Development Intern
The intern will carry out projects to help the company create new leads and new business units. Possible projects include generating possible client leads, using analytics to track the success of campaigns, conceptualizing social media campaigns to recruit clients, and much more.
Qualifications: Knowledge of Google drive required.
Minimum Spanish level required: Intermediate 

#2. Coordination and Service Intern
The intern will work with the Merchant GMAT team on various projects to improve the services that the company currently offers.  Possible projects include the following:
  • Work with the company’s analytics team to develop new personalized study paths based on data collection mixed with the personality traits of each student.  Then develop and implement tools in order to track the progress of each student in a quantitative way.
  • Develop automation systems to work with the company’s current travel providers in order to offer personalized trips to Argentina for large groups of MBAs from the top programs in the world.
  • Conceptualize and create an online portal for Merchant Alumni so that they can access the database of alumni from all over the world, thus laying the foundation to build a strong network alumni.
Qualifications: Knowledge of Google drive required.                                    
Minimum Spanish level required: Intermediate 

This internship is offered in collaboration with Puentes Abroad. In the internship through Puentes, interns will undertake project-based work that is designed to directly contribute to one of the internship site’s key work areas so that they gain real experience and know-how through substantial, mission-driven work.  The internships are overseen by Puentes and are complemented by homestay housing.
