Organization Overview
Zigla is a consulting firm that specializes in monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, and social investment strategies. With its in-house staff and large network of consultants, the firm has been developing products and services for international cooperation agencies, companies, governments, and social foundations and organizations in more than fifty cities in three continents, combining a global perspective with the local approach of their clients and allies.

Intern Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis Intern
The IIP intern will conduct in depth research on social development projects in order to systemize all of the relevant information in a database. The intern will then analyze the information and share results with the firm’s consultants.
 
Qualifications: 
The ideal candidate will study of economics, sociology, political science, or related fields. Capacity for teamwork, high motivation, and interest in social issues are desired qualities.
Minimum Spanish level required: Intermediate

This internship is offered in collaboration with Puentes Abroad. In the internship through Puentes, interns will undertake project-based work that is designed to directly contribute to one of the internship site’s key work areas so that they gain real experience and know-how through substantial, mission-driven work.  The internships are overseen by Puentes and are complemented by homestay housing.
