Princeton International Travel Pre-Departure Information For Undergraduate Students
All undergraduate students embarking on University-sponsored international overnight travel are encouraged to complete the general travel learning modules in Princeton's Global Programs System (GPS). If your University-sponsored program does not already use GPS, you can access the modules by clicking Apply Now on this page. If you applied to the program in GPS, then you will access the modules through your existing application once you are accepted to the program. When you click Apply Now, please choose the term during which your travel will occur. Each module has accompanying quizzes that allow you to test whether you have retained the information.
A trip is considered sponsored by the University if any of the statements below are applicable:
- The trip is organized on behalf of a registered University organization, including, but not limited to: student organizations, religious groups, sport clubs, varsity athletic teams, civic engagement organizations, residential colleges, academic or administrative departments;
- A University account contributes funds, or money is held and disbursed through a University account;
- The trip is organized by a University faculty or staff member; or
- The work will be considered for academic credit.
