Endeavor (Puentes Abroad)
Endeavor strives to transform the economies of emerging markets by identifying and supporting high-impact entrepreneurs. Endeavor offers services to companies by assisting them in breaking down a society’s barrier to success, offering world-class strategic advice, and opening doors to capital. With Endeavor’s guidance, companies become role models, encourage others to innovate and take risks, and create sustainable economic growth.

Intern Responsibilities: IIP interns will help research, identify, and select potential Argentine high-impact entrepreneurs to present at the organization’s International Selection panels and may also work directly with selected entrepreneurs.  The core focus of the internship will be to craft one-page executive summaries of Endeavor’s entrepreneurs’ companies. IIP interns will also work on interviewing entrepreneurs to determine whether they meet the organization’s criteria.  Additionally, interns will take part in a variety of other internal projects, such as helping to organize the organization’s largest annual conference on entrepreneurship, which typically takes plane each June in Buenos Aires.

Qualifications: IIP candidates with interests in international business, economic development, entrepreneurship, business process outsourcing, public relations, marketing, and communications are encouraged to apply.  Intermediate to advanced Spanish is required.
