HEC Paris offers a unique portfolio of programs designed for a carefully selected student body, ranging from undergraduate students in the Summer School to graduate level students in Masters-level programs, the full-time MBA, the Executive MBA and the TRIUM Global E-MBA. 

HEC each year also offers a summer school that welcomes over 300 international students on the campus of HEC Paris for intensive two-week periods. Students arrive on the Monday morning of each program start and leave the Saturday morning of program close.

Intern Responsibilities:

Summer School and Youth Leadership Intern
During the 8 week internship, IIP intern responsibilities can include the following: 
  • Assist pedagogical team with academic and professorial requests related to Summer School program administration
  • Contribute to marketing and communication (social media, intranet, etc.) 
  • Serve as communication liaison between staff and summer students on academic and student life issues
  • Coordinate and lead welcome orientation, as well as recreational and social activities
  • Prepare summary documents such as program presentations, evaluations, etc. 
  • Regularly propose initiatives that enhance the summer school experience for students  
  • Assist with the running and oversight of the Youth Leadership Program for high-school students last week of July

Qualifications: 
Prospective interns should be university students familiar with student life on a university campus who are proactive, take initiative and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Interested candidates should have a strong sense of customer service and an interest working in an international educational environment.
French is not a requirement, but conversational French is recommended.  Another language can be a plus when interacting with a globally diverse student population. 
Ability to work with Powerpoint and Excel is also required. 
Sophomores and Juniors are encouraged to apply.
