Rogers Investment Advisors or “RIA,” is the founding company of Wolver Hill group which includes Wolver Hill Asset Management Asia Ltd. in Hong Kong and Wolver Hill Advisors in the United States. Group products range from a Japan specific fund to private equity and hedge fund investment opportunities. Fund consulting services include pre-launch advisory and post-launch business and operational support.

Intern Responsibilities:

RIA Intern
Projects will include research on hedge funds and other alternative investment strategies (private equity, venture capital) as well as business structuring and market opportunity assessments. Previous internship projects involved building risk models and associated databases, creating marketing pitchbooks, redoing website and adding graphics/performance numbers, researching business opportunities, building a database of hedge fund managers and participating in manager interviews to build a new portfolio for the market.

Regular tasks may include spreadsheet analysis, updating the client database, filing reports, and alternative fund industry-specific news gathering and assessment. Depending on Rogers' assessment of the intern's individual capabilities (i.e. technical skills, research skills, language skills etc.) the intern will be assigned an appropriate  project.
