Mota-Engil Shared Services supports the Group’s companies in their normal business cycle, enabling them to focus on its core business.
Intern Responsibilities: IIP interns will assist with Mota-Engil Shared Services projects, within one of the following two areas:
- Human Resources Area: The IIP intern will contribute to the recruitment process, international mobility policies, training and development programs, analysis of functions and competencies of positions and review performance management policy, ensuring corporate resource policies are adhered to.
- Financial Area: The IIP intern will contribute to treasury services that include availabilities and debt management; formalization, assessment and control of several financial instruments; treasury position statements, budgets and other support information of the decision-making process; execution of monthly closing operations and analysis of information to report to external entities,ensuring corporate finance and risk policies are adhered to.
